GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Gwen Walz will be in Grand Rapids on Sunday as the presidential campaign wraps up.

This announcement was made by the Harris-Walz Campaign shortly before noon on Saturday.

Walz is the wife of Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz and the First Lady of the State of Minnesota. He will be making campaign speeches on Sunday at the following three locations in Grand Rapids at times yet to be announced

* Renaissance Church of God in Christ
*First Community AME Church
*Team Harris-Walz and Michigan Democrats launch pitch meeting

The Harris-Walz Campaign released the following statement regarding Sunday’s visit:

“Minnesota First Lady Gwen Walz will travel to Grand Rapids to speak at the Renaissance Church of God in Christ and First Community AME Church, where she will mobilize Michiganders to vote for the President before heading to the Harris-Walz and Michigan Dems canvass launch.” Vice Harris and Democrats are up and down in the polls.

Mrs. Walz argues that Vice President Harris and Governor Walz’s vision of a brighter, more hopeful future and Donald Trump and J.D. Vance’s vision will drag Michigan backwards and give Trump unprecedented, unchecked power to enact his extreme and dangerous agenda.
