EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a semi-truck crash near Horizon City.

Following the crash, one person was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, according to EPCSO.

The crash happened at Gateway West Boulevard and Timothy Drive just before 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

The intersection at Timothy Drive was closed for at least two hours.
