In the video, which appears to have been shot from a high area, the vehicle is seen passing through people watching the dance show.

“Hindi naman nakainom ang driver. Information about the drivers took a very long time with the participants. Quoting Bacolor Police Chief Major Mark Anjo Ubaub, Sunstar Pampanga said, “Hindi niya napansin na nakababa pala ang handbrake at neutral dawn dan sasakyan kaya umurong.”

While authorities did not provide detailed information about the exact number of victims, they assured the public that there were no deaths in the incident in question.
