Police say teenager shot near Dunbar Middle School is in critical condition

A 15-year-old boy who was shot near Dunbar Middle School Monday afternoon is in critical condition, according to Baltimore Police.

Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley said police responded to the 400 block of North Caroline Street for a ShotSpotter alert around 3:20 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found the 15-year-old victim had been shot multiple times.

Worley said the teenager was in critical condition and “fighting for his life.”
