Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Judge Leslie Ann Celebrezze filed the lawsuit. responses to multiple counts Ohio Disciplinary Council records show he filed misconduct charges for allegedly directing lucrative divorce cases to a personal friend.

A three-member panel will now be established. conduct a disciplinary investigation and to make a recommendation to the Professional Conduct Board as to whether a violation has occurred.

Celebrezze is scheduled to appear on panel in Columbus on January 30-31.

The three misconduct charges, first filed with the Ohio Supreme Court on Sept. 26, come more than a year after Marshall Project v. Cleveland. How to use Celebrezze in detail he accepted many divorce cases and appointed his lifelong friend Mark Dottore and his company as trustees.

Ohio Disciplinary Counsel allegations in the complaint Celebrezze said she “disclosed to at least two fellow judges that she was in love with Dottore and was consulting lawyers about divorcing her husband.” He is also accused of making false statements during the investigation, breaching numerous rules of judicial and professional conduct relating to public trust and avoiding the appearance of impropriety.

In her response to Disciplinary Counsel on October 30, Celebrezze admits that she “revealed to her fellow judges that she loved Dottore” but not “in a romantic way.” He denied having an inappropriate relationship.

Celebrezze did not respond to a request for comment.
