The Minnesota Timberwolves unveiled their 2024-25 City Edition uniforms on Monday.

“When it comes to the cold of winter, Minnesotans not only survive, we thrive,” said Mike Grahl, director of marketing for the Timberwolves and Lynx. in question in a newsletter. “We’re excited to wrap up Nike and the NBA’s two-year City Edition story by celebrating lake life in Minnesota in ice-cold style.”

Minnesota will use the jersey against the Phoenix Suns on November 17 and will wear it 23 times this season.

The white-black design aims to capture the contrast of winter landscapes and convey the image of snow-covered lakes under moonlit skies.

The uniform’s icy white pattern was custom-made and handmade in Bloomington, Minnesota. Like last season, there is also a “Minnesota” watermark on the chest.

Emphasizing the Timberwolves’ lake life theme, the jersey has the words “Land of 10,000 Lakes” on the bottom right. This is similar to what the Minnesota Twins designed for their 2024 City Connect jerseys.

The Timberwolves’ main logo on the shorts has also been remixed, featuring a frosty pattern instead of a dark pattern around the howling wolf.

Minnesota will also introduce a special field design with its City Edition uniforms.
