NORFOLK, Va. — One person is dead after a shooting in Norfolk’s Diggs Town neighborhood Saturday night.

Police said on social media they received the call from the 1500 block of Greenleaf Drive around 8:45 p.m.

Authorities stated that one person died at the scene. Another person was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police did not immediately release any details about the reasons for the case or the suspects.
