STAMFORD, CT (WFSB) – One person is in critical condition following a motorcycle-pedestrian crash in Stamford Wednesday evening.

Police said units responded to the crash at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Tresser Boulevard around 7:41 p.m.

The motorcycle was traveling west on Tresser Boulevard when it struck the pedestrian on the west side of the intersection.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 28-year-old man, fell from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. It is stated that his condition is serious.

The 24-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured and his condition was stated to be critical.

An investigation is active.
