The 12th week of the high school football season sees the Ohio and Indiana playoffs continue, while the postseason opens for Kentucky.

St. Xavier’s kicker Owen Davidson hit a field goal early in the second quarter to give the Bombers a 6-3 lead in their playoff game against Winton Woods.

Visiting Taft and Brookville started early Friday, and the Senators hit the road right away. Taft took a 14-0 lead at the end of the quarter, and a pair of touchdowns and two-point conversions in the second quarter made the score 30-0 at halftime.
