Now is the age of glamor, whether it’s brunch at the Bellagio Conservatory or omakase atop the tallest residential building in Nevada, giving a whole new meaning to the term culinary journey.

Vetri at Palms

Located on the 56th floor of the Palms Casino Resort, created by Philadelphia’s award-winning Chef Marc Vetri, Vetri serves rustic Italian cuisine in tasting menu or à la carte format with stunning views of the Strip. Must-try items include three of Vetri’s most famous dishes: Sweet Onion Crepe with truffle and parmesan mousse, and Spinach Gnocchi and Almond Tortellini (probably two of the best pasta creations you’ve ever put in your mouth). From 5 to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, head to Aperitivo Hour, where a half-dozen options like Salumi and Seasonal Oysters (chilled with giardiniera mignonette and grilled with garlic butter and crispy prosciutto) are available for a casual snack. The day has risen.

The Vault at Bellagio

The Vault is where the seven James Bonds gather for drinks before heading out on the town for a night. Vegas. But only a special agent can find this hidden gem hidden in plain sight at Bellagio’s casino. Hint: It’s behind the golden door next to the “Cage”. Once inside, you’ll marvel at Takashi Murakami’s original artwork and find some of the world’s most sought-after wines and spirits. The Vault features a mirrored back bar that displays coveted bottles as precious jewels beneath a chandelier containing 80 faceted glass globes. Each bespoke cocktail is a tribute to the 17th-century English playwright, poet, and King Charles II, who is lauded as the first professional female writer. It tells a story like the English Spy, a seasonal milk drink that pays homage to its inventor Aphra Behn, who was Charles’s spy. Pair luxurious sips with bar bites filled with caviar and A5 wagyu.

If you’ve ever dreamed of being a model in a store window for a night, we have the ideal Las Vegas dining experience. Dinner at the Garden Table at the Bellagio Conservatory offers the same voyeuristic vibe. You and your three dining companions are displayed in a pavilion in floral creations for the thousands of people who visit the iconic attraction to stare at, point at and take selfies. However, you’ll focus on Michael Mina’s four-course dinner tasting menu of caviar and wagyu, or Sadelle’s curated brunch selections to match the seasonally changing Conservatory offering.

Ito in Fontainebleau

Picked directly from Manhattan by chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim, Ito offers a spectacular omakase experience with the best views at the highest point in Nevada. The Poodle Room, Fontainebleau’s ultra-exclusive top-floor private club where no photography is allowed, accommodates 12 guests with two-night seating, pristine fish flown in daily from Japan, and Ito’s sushi with views of the Strip and Red Rock mountains. He has the chance to experience his utopia. There is no menu, so it’s always the seller’s choice. Before or after dinner, check out the jewelry box whiskey bar for a rare “finger.”

Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas

In partnership with “Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan and 101 Studios’ David Glasser, Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse is a pop-up restaurant serving premium cuts of steak from Sheridan’s ranch in North Texas. Sheridanverse fans have been flocking here since it opened in September, serving dinner every night at Wynn’s brunch restaurant, Tableau. Highlights include the Kaviari Caviar Tower, served with potato toasts, kettle chips and chicken fillets; Grazing Star Double Wagyu Burger; 6666 brand 28-ounce Cowboy Steak; and a 40-ounce Tomahawk Steak carved tableside.
