Spiro also wrote: “Allegations that the company knowingly employed individuals with tendencies or history of illegal or questionable legal behavior are similarly unfounded.”

The scope of the internal investigation extended beyond the public allegations made against MrBeast. A source told The Post that Donaldson and newly appointed CEO Jeffrey Housenbold were eager to investigate any possible wrongdoing at the company, so they expanded the investigation.

In Spiro’s letter, the attorney noted that MrBeast’s company “has grown extremely quickly from a YouTube startup with a group of talented young individuals to a much larger organization” and that “the policies and practices required of a YouTuber are not unusual.” A mature company will fall short of commercial success.”

Spiro and his colleagues also asked employees not to comment publicly on any of the allegations made against MrBeast and the company “to ensure that the investigation provides accurate information and that witnesses are not tainted.”

The man allegedly at the center of the grooming allegations against Tyson, known online as Lava, was among those interviewed and denied the grooming allegations, a source told The Post. Lava has also publicly stated that they do not believe they are well-groomed.

The allegations against Tyson were initially made by a YouTuber using a third party, Prism42.

“I spoke from memory of the incident and I still don’t remember those conversations, but they definitely happened. “These conversations should not have happened with people my age, I strongly condemn them.”

Lava continued: “I still believe I am not a victim of grooming, but these conversations should not have happened with me and the other minors in this dispute. “I was a minor in this situation and I wasn’t an adult influencer who shouldn’t have allowed this to happen, so I didn’t see it as wrong.”
