ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – Kentucky State Police troopers are investigating a fatal crash on Interstate-75 on Wednesday.

Police were called to a crash in the northbound lane near mile marker 71.

Police say the Ford Fusion driven by 77-year-old Sally Broesell of Berea was heading north when she lost control and veered into the path of a semi driven by 26-year-old Justin Hillhouse of Missouri.

Broesell, who was injured in the accident, died. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hillhouse was not injured in the incident.
