HOUSTON – Houston police are searching for the man they say shot a motorist in north Houston.

Investigators said the man was on Aldine Bender Road near Airline Drive around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

They said another driver pulled up next to him and someone inside started shooting.

The victim was shot in the torso and crashed into a fence in the AutoZone parking lot and called 911.

The person was taken to hospital and is expected to recover.

The police did not make a statement about the attacker’s car.
