MELITOPOL, 13 November. /TASS/. Vladimir Rogov, head of the Russian Civil Chamber’s commission on sovereignty, patriotic projects and veterans’ support, condemned the recent collapse of the Ternovskaya Dam on the Kurakhovo reservoir as a terrorist attack by the regime of Vladimir Zelensky.
