Shawn Mendes’ new album is finally out and he’s ditched his newest full-length project Shawn On Friday, November 15th.

The self-titled album includes the previously released singles “Why Why Why”, “Isn’t That Enough”, “Nobody Knows” and “Heart of Gold”.

Mendes first shared the album trailer in July. via social mediaIn the clip, the 26-year-old star plays the guitar in the forest and sings “Isn’t This Enough?” at the campfire with his friends. He can be seen singing. He wrote in the caption: “Music really can be medicine. 2 years ago I felt like I had no idea who I was. A year ago I couldn’t set foot in the studio without going into complete panic. So to be here now with 12 beautiful finished songs feels like such a gift.

He continued his thoughtful message by thanking his fans and loved ones. “Honestly thank God for my friends and family,” he wrote. “Life can be cruel, but having a small group of people you deeply trust to guide you makes life so much better. “I have no idea how I would have gotten through the last few years, let alone making an album, without you.”

Shawn It’s the star’s fifth studio album and follows 2020’s Don’t worry As well as Mendes’ previous self-titled project in 2018 Shawn Mendes. The album was written and produced by Mendes and his collaborators Scott Harris, Mike Sabath, Nate Mercereau and Eddie Benjamin; Additional songs were co-written by Amy Allen and Ethan Gruska.
