PHILLIPSTON – One person was killed in a single-car crash on Royalston Road in Phillipston, the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.

Shortly after 1 p.m. Monday, police responded to a crash in the area of ​​600 Royalston Road and a vehicle was abandoned on the southbound lane. The vehicle got stuck between two trees.

It was determined that the only person in the vehicle died at the scene.

The District Attorney’s Office said the investigation into the accident is ongoing.
