Epic Properties inaugurated the five-day “Epic Property Expo 2024” in Chattogram yesterday (November 7), offering potential investors a gateway to profitable real estate investments.

Held at Epic Ferdous Windsor on Badshamia Chowdhury Road, the event promises an in-depth look at Epic’s ongoing, completed and future projects for visitors and investors.

The fair was opened by MA Malek, Ekushey Padak recipient and Daily Azadi Editor; Wahid Malek, Editor-in-Chief of Daily Azadi; Engineer SM Lokman Kabir, Chairman of Epic Properties; Engineer SM Abu Sufian, Managing Director and Engineer Anwar Hossain and other senior company officials, according to a press release.

Epic Properties, one of the largest real estate companies in Bangladesh, has designed this fair not only to highlight its housing projects but also to attract both domestic and international investors through unique investment opportunities. The event attracted huge interest from Chattogram’s business community and potential home buyers looking for quality, high-value investments.

One of the highlights of the fair is the Epic Ferdous Windsor project, a luxury residential project near Chattogram’s magnificent War Cemetery on Badshamia Road.
