FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – A West Fargo man was arrested at the Dairy Queen drive-thru line after police say he was driving under the influence.

On Sunday, October 27, Fargo Police responded to reports of an impaired driver in the 1400 block of 45th Street in South Fargo.

They said the driver, 27-year-old Jordan Dietz, was driving erratically and nearly hit several vehicles.

Police caught Dietz at the drive-thru at the Dairy Queen, located at 4015 45th Street, and arrested him on a DUI charge.
