Three members of a family died and four others were seriously injured in a tragic accident in Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday. According to the information obtained, the accident occurred around 07:00 in the morning in Sahayal area of ​​Auraiya district, when a speeding car lost control and crashed into a tree.

According to the TOI report, the victims were residents of Shastri Nagar in Rasulabad. Krishna Bihari (60), along with his son, grandson and other relatives, was traveling to attend a wedding celebration in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, when the car they were traveling in met with an accident.

The vehicle lost control near the Ganga Baba temple in Sahayal and crashed into a sheesham tree, killing three passengers instantly while others were seriously injured.

After the accident, surrounding citizens informed the police and helped rescue efforts. When the police reached the spot, they found the bodies of Krishna Bihari (60), his son Neeraj Chaturvedi (40) and grandson Rishabh (12).

Among the injured passengers were Krishna Bihari’s wife Madhudevi (60); Neeraj Chaturvedi’s wife Archana (40); their son Rishi (8); and Ramswaroop’s son Yogesh (40).

The injured were taken to the health center and their families were informed. All critically injured individuals were subsequently transferred to a higher medical facility for further care.

Circle Officer MP Singh said in his statement, “3 people lost their lives in the accident, 4 people were injured and were treated in the hospital. Their families were informed. The bodies of the deceased were kept in the morgue.”
