All comedy legend Jay Leno wanted was a meal at a wing joint before a show in Western Pennsylvania. He had a bad fall down a 200-foot hill.

The former “Tonight Show” host was scheduled to perform at a sold-out charity event in Greensburg on Nov. 16 and decided to walk the few hundred yards from his hotel to Dino’s Sports Lounge. There was only a small grass-covered hill to navigate.

Leno said Internal Printing The hill didn’t seem that steep until I took the first step and shouted “huh” before falling to the bottom.

Leno suffered a broken wrist, a black eye and other bruises on his body in the fall.

The 74-year-old artist may have been injured, but he wasn’t broken.

Wearing an eye patch as promised, Leno performed a 90-minute show in front of 1,500 people at the Palace Theater and received a standing ovation. KDKA TV.

“He didn’t cancel anything. “I was stunned,” said Gary Latshaw, who produced the show. he told KDKA. “It was inspiring to watch.”
