Elkhart Community Schools announced that Pierre Moran Middle School Counselor Tim Adams has been named statewide School Counselor of the Year by the Indiana School Counselor Association.

Adams was one of three finalists representing the K-12 education levels and was also named ISCA Secondary School Counselor of the Year.

The award recognizes advisors who have achieved professional excellence in addition to providing exceptional service to students.
