SINGER Gareth Gates has been banned from driving after committing four speeding offenses in less than three years.

The Pop Idol star was spotted on a speed camera traveling up to 62mph in the 80mph zone of the M4 in the South. Wales.

40-year-old Gates was due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court Court but sent an email asking for attention in his absence.
