CLEVELAND – We were absolutely soaked this morning from the constant and at times heavy rain. Plan for lower visibility, slower traffic due to pooling and aquaplaning on roads, and slower speed rates in general. This means getting out the door early to avoid rushing in the rain.

It will slowly dry out Thursday afternoon and temperatures will slowly approach 50 degrees by sunset. We’ll be back in the 50s over the next few days, including the weekend!

Friday: It is drying out with limited lake effect precipitation. | High: 54°
