UPS has chosen to close certain UPS Customer Centers to meet its customers’ needs for more convenient and accessible delivery options.

Ahead of the holiday season, it’s important to know your options for where to pick up and deliver packages.

In the statement made by UPS, the following statements were made:

“We are closing certain UPS Customer Centers to better align with our customers’ preferences for more convenient and accessible delivery options.

We will maintain our high standard of customer service through a wide range of resources available to our customers, including 10,000 full-service retail shipping locations such as UPS Drop Boxes, The UPS Store and Staples, as well as UPS Authorized Shipping Outlets. & Providers to send packages to.

Alternatively, if customers simply need to pick up or drop off packages, we have a network of over 20,000 nearby UPS Access Point locations. Hotspot locations are available at independent retailers such as local delis, pharmacies, dry cleaners and florists, as well as national partners such as The UPS Store, Michael’s and CVS.”
