Blackstone Sells Inland Empire Warehouse Portfolio to Cabot Properties

Private equity giant Blackstone sold its portfolio of four Inland Empire warehouses totaling 670,000 square feet to Cabot Properties for $202 million. The properties are fully leased with an average remaining weighted lease term of 3.6 years. Two properties were located in Ontario, one in Fontana and one in San Bernardino.

“We are excited to expand our footprint in the Inland Empire with the acquisition of these four assets. Our previous ownership of three buildings in the portfolio and our familiarity with the buildings and tenants provided us with an excellent foundation from which to evaluate this opportunity,” said Chelsea Tamuk Levane, investment director at Cabot Properties.

Colliers’ Western industrial capital markets team, consisting of Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, Kenny Patricia and Kylie Jones, marketed the property and represented the buyer, in partnership with Thomas Taylor, Steve Bellitti and Joey Jones.
