RUMFORD, Maine (WMTW) – The Rumford man accused of crashing his pickup truck into his neighbor’s house on election night, setting it on fire and then shooting into the house is now charged with three counts of attempted aggravated murder and one count of murder. arson.

The charges filed against 59-year-old Billy Morvent Thursday evening include three felonies, in addition to threatening with a deadly weapon and felony criminal mischief.
