In the complaint obtained by PEOPLE, Aficionado, who worked as a project manager at West’s company Yeezy for nine months, claimed that she experienced “illegal termination” and was not compensated for her work.

A representative for West did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

He claimed that West would make anti-Semitic comments, including against “Jews (his ex-wife)”. Aficionado claims he started working for West in October 2022, working 50-70 hours a week and “sleeping in the office several times,” according to the filing. Then, in February 2023, West allegedly instructed Aficionado to “relocate (West’s) school, Donda Academy.” The complaint states that Aficionado informed him of the required building permits, but West “became irate and yelled that he would not agree to wait or use.” “It allows.”

In July 2023, a Donda Academy representative claimed that the school “will no longer be in operation.” Shortly after, Aficionado claimed that the Yeezy posts were “canceled and no longer welcome in the offices.”

As a result of termination, the lawsuit alleges that Aficionado suffered economic damages, non-economic damages, punitive damages, bad faith, oppression, fraud, attorneys’ fees, and exhaustion of administrative remedies.

Additionally, “Defendants violated these laws by failing to provide plaintiff’s final paycheck on time and failing to pay penalties, including surcharges, interest, and fees.”

Aficionado claims that West “began making his proud bigotry and anti-Semitism known” as soon as he was hired and “preached this dogma almost every day.”

“He often made derogatory remarks about the Jewish people: ‘The Jews want to take over me. They froze my bank account. ‘The Jews took Kim (Kardashian) and my children.'” West allegedly “responded aggressively” and said: “The Jews convinced Kim (Kardashian). He has Jewish masters.”

The rapper also commented on Aficionado’s Filipino tradition. West “pointed to (Aficionado’s) tattoos and said they were ugly and should be removed.”

Aficionado also claims that in November 2022, West was “summoned” for a “working meeting” in his room at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria. When he arrived, “Afficionado immediately realized that Censori and Ye had recently had sex.” West then allegedly returned to his hotel room “ordering Aficionado to come in and sit down.”

Censori tried to close the door to the adjoining bedroom, but Aficionado claims: “You reopened the closed door, completely exposing Censori’s naked breasts.” West then reportedly “asked Aficionado what he thought of Candace Owens’ just-departed lawyer.” You added, ‘I think he is a Jewish spy.’”

The complaint continues: “Suddenly and without warning, in the middle of their conversation, Ye ran toward the room where Censori was. As he was leaving Aficionado, Ye gave the following order: ‘Stay here. Do not leave.'” West then entered the room. He was in the adjoining bedroom and allegedly According to the couple had had sex.

Later that week, Aficionado said he was asked to return to West’s room. He claims that during this meeting, West and a “famous NFL receiver” were on their towels waiting for a massage. Aficionado reportedly offered to leave, but West “ordered” him to wait in the room.

The complaint alleges that West then “had sex” with his masseuse. When West returned, “the NFL wide receiver walked in for his ‘massage.’

“Aficionado did his best to concentrate on his business meeting with Ye, but became extremely uncomfortable, especially as the NFL wide receiver could be heard in the background,” the filing states.
