A teenager has been arrested after a girl was stabbed during an attempted robbery at a Boise business, according to an Ada County Sheriff’s Office blog post.

Ada County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a stabbing at a business near Hazel Lake and Five Mile roads Wednesday afternoon, the Sheriff’s Office said. According to the statement, a girl was stabbed during the robbery attempt and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The Sheriff’s Office said deputies searched the area and found a 15-year-old boy trying to run away from officers. In the statement, it was stated that the person was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, serious assault, resistance and obstruction.
