Nov. 14 — MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary.

Adams County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Tomas Diaz-Layna, 34, of Moses Lake, on suspicion of multiple felonies. The charges include residential burglary, second-degree burglary, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and first-degree burglary.

According to ACSO Sheriff Dale Wagner, deputies with the Moses Lake Police Department executed a search warrant in Grant County.

The departments had probable cause after investigating stolen vehicles and numerous thefts. Deputies recovered evidence and stolen property linked to burglaries in both Ritzville and Whitman County.

According to Wagner’s statement, the investigation continues.
