Turkana police are continuing their investigation into a man’s incident The person who was allegedly kicked in the stomach during the argument died.

The man, identified as Mike Lotapa, died in the incident that took place on Tuesday in the village of Canaan, Lokichogio, Turkana County.

According to police, 35-year-old Lopata had gotten into a fight with his friend when he was kicked in the stomach.

Police said the man collapsed and died at the scene.

Police said that the suspect fled to an unknown place when he suspected danger and that efforts to catch him were continuing.

The injured body was taken to Lodwar morgue for autopsy.

Elsewhere, a 50-year-old woman was found dead outside her home in a suspected case of murder in Makindu, Makueni County.

Police said they have yet to determine the motive for the murder of the victim, identified as Sarafina Ondiek.

His body was found lying in a pool of blood by locals who called the police on Tuesday.

Police said the woman had head injuries suspected to have been caused by sharp objects.

Police said the incident took place in Darajani area. Detectives said they are investigating a homicide in the case.

A team was sent to the region to catch the cause of the murder and the killers. The body was taken to the morgue for autopsy.

Meanwhile, a night watchman was found dead at his home in Juja, Kiambu County.

Japhan Mberia, 45, was assigned to guard a residence in the area, but when his superior visited, he found him missing.

His body was later found lying in his bed at his home.

Police said the body had no physical injuries at the time and was taken to the morgue until the autopsy and other investigations were completed.

The cause of death was not immediately determined.

In Chuka, 33-year-old Tharaka Nithi died after falling ill at a barber shop he visited.

Police and eyewitnesses said Samuel Nawira was at the barber shop in the Ngagani area when he fainted.

He was taken to Chuka Referral Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The body, whose cause of death has not yet been determined, was taken to the hospital morgue for autopsy.

A 34-year-old man was found dead on the floor of the house he was renting in Umande, Laikipia County.

Police said they were investigating the death of Joseph Lentari after his body was found locked from the inside in the rented room.

The body, which had no visible injuries, was transferred to Nanyuki Training and Referral Hospital Morgue for autopsy.
