MOUNT CLEMENS, Michigan (FOX 2) – A lawsuit was filed against Warren’s two brothers fatal shot The story of her sisters’ boyfriend after meeting Lae last week.

Deandre Bernard Jones, 32, was arraigned on charges of second-degree murder, felony firearm and solicitation to tamper with evidence after he allegedly shot a 23-year-old man on Nov. 8.

The victim, Stanley Smith Jr., was in a relationship with Jones’ sister.

The Macomb County District Attorney’s Office announced the charges in a press release on Wednesday, with Pete Lucido calling the attack a “tragic event” that had “profound consequences” for the family.

“We are committed to obtaining justice for the victim and holding accountable those responsible for her death. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family as we work to ensure justice is served,” he said in the news release.

Also charged were a 30-year-old woman and Jones’ sister, Keshawna Smith.

Stanley Smith Jr. was with Jones and her sisters when they went to the house where he was eventually shot, the prosecutor said. After the incident, Keshawna Smith deleted text messages and call logs between herself and Jones related to the shooting, the prosecutor said.

He was charged with tampering with evidence and was given a $50,000 bail with no 10% bond.

Jones was denied bail and his next court appearance for a probable cause conference is Nov. 26.
