BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Kern County Coroner’s Office identified Two women were killed in what appeared to be a murder-suicide Oct. 27 in southwest Bakersfield.

The women were identified as Liliana Duran and Monique Soila Duran, both 43, and from Bakersfield, according to coroner officials.

Both women were found dead just after 3 a.m. on Oct. 27 at their home in the 7500 block of Lordsburg Avenue, coroner’s officials said.

Police tell 17 News the women were married and both were found with gunshot wounds.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the person’s cause and manner of death.
