According to Android AuthorityA recent teardown of an unreleased beta version of the Google app revealed code that suggests Gemini Live may soon “talk about attachments” uploaded by users. Although the team wasn’t able to enable the feature, the code hints at an experience that could allow users to ask questions and gain insights directly related to their files.

Although this feature doesn’t have an official release date, Google’s recent soft launch Standalone Gemini app for iPhone users – seen in the Philippines – indicates a surge in AI offerings.
