Reapers are in luck as there is now a Boss Reaper skin that can be unlocked for free with Twitch Drops. Here’s how to get it.

There are various ways to get skins in Overwatch 2; whether by purchasing Battle PassShop or subscribe Xbox Game Pass. But if you want to get one for free, getting them from Twitch Drops is your option.

Currently, players can earn the Boss Reaper skin as well as other additional cosmetic rewards for a limited time as part of a new drop.

The Ringleader Reaper skin is part of the Overwatch 2 Mid-Season 13 Twitch Drops, available starting today. November 21, 2024.

To unlock this skin, you need to watch a total of Twitch streams in the Overwatch 2 category. 15 hours within this time window.

In addition to the Reaper skin, the player icon, spray and name card Also available for grabs, in addition to list of customizations. Below is a list of all the awards and the total watch time for each:

  • watch 4 hours: Boss Reaper player icon
  • watch 7 hours: Boss Reaper spray
  • watch 11 hours: Leader Reaper name card
  • watch 15 hours: Boss Reaper Epic skin

If you want to check the progress of your reward on Twitch, you can do so by clicking your icon in the upper right corner of your screen and “Drops and Awards” tab.

How to link your Battle.net account to earn Twitch Drops

It’s worth noting that you must first link both your Battle.net and Twitch accounts to claim and receive rewards. Follow the steps below if you haven’t already.

  1. Log in to your account via. Battle.net site.
  2. Select Links on the left tab.
  3. Scroll down until you find Twitch and click “+Connect.”
  4. Follow the rest of the instructions.

Once all this is done, you are ready to receive Twitch Drops. Sometimes it can take a while for rewards to appear in the game. So, if you don’t see them in your Hero Gallery right away, wait.
