Why shouldn’t Black Ops 6 players spend Prestige Tokens on Season 1 Battle Pass weapons?

Ryan Lemay

Players only get a certain number of Prestige Tokens in Black Ops 6, so thankfully the Season 1 Battle Pass helps players save those permanent unlocks for more important items.

BO6 marks his return classic Prestige systemThis means players will reset to level 1 after Prestige. As a result, you have to unlock everything again, but for each Prestige, you get one coin to unlock an item permanently.

For example, you can use Token in AS VAL; otherwise, it is unlocked at Level 55. However, a weapon with a Blueprint in it Battle Pass Bypasses the unlocking requirement.

SVD weapon review in Black Ops 6

Here’s the full list of Season 1 Battle Pass weapons and the Page where their Blueprints can be found.

  • Tanto .22 (Instant Reward)
  • ASG-89 (Page 1)
  • XMG (Page 2)
  • baseball Bat (Page 4)
  • AK-74 (Page 4)
  • Genie MK2 (Page 5)
  • Grekova (Page 6)
  • SVD (Page 8)
  • PP919 (Page 9)
  • ModelL (Page 10)
  • GPR91 (Page 11)
  • AEK-973 (Page 13)
  • LW3A1 Freezing Line (Page 13)

Notable guns on this list include the Model L, Grekhova, AK-74, Tanto .22, and SVD. The Model L is considered the best AR in the BO6, thanks to its ability to maintain consistent four-shot capability well beyond 25 yards with little to no recoil.

Meanwhile, the Grekhova stands out as the best weapon in Multiplayer because it has a very fast fire rate and does not suffer from accuracy issues like the fully automatic pistols in previous games.

The Tanto.22 fires significantly slower than other SMG options, but makes up for this with excellent damage, range, and recoil control. Historically the Dragunov has been one of the worst weapons in COD, but the SVD bucks that trend.

Sniping is relatively poor in BO6, but the SVD goes head to head with meta weapons due to its fast ADS time, large ammo capacity, and devastating one-shot kill potential. These weapons used to warrant a Prestige Token, but this is no longer an issue.
