NORTH HAVEN, CT (WFSB) – A serious crash closed a portion of the highway in North Haven Saturday evening.

State police said troopers responded to the crash at exit 12 on I-91 south around 7:59 p.m.

EMS and the North Haven Fire Department also responded.

Possible injuries were reported. Extent unknown.

The area was closed for investigation but was later reopened.
