Today the 42-year-old princess appeared at the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall. Although the event, held in memory of those who lost their lives during military service and their loved ones, is somber, the Festival is a concert with performances and readings.

One thing was clear from the look on the Princess of Wales’s face at the event: Even under pressure, she is a professional. Princess Catherine could be seen chatting at the Royal Albert Hall and was clearly very busy, as evidenced by her raised eyebrows and concerned facial expression. He also leaned forward slightly, showing that he was fully participating in the conversation.

Perhaps the only hint that the princess is (understandably) a little nervous to be back in the spotlight? Her body language was closed, with her hands and bag in front of her. So while he was a consummate pro at interacting with others, it was clear that he was still holding his own. Considering it’s been a hot minute since his last outing, it would make sense for him to stay off for a bit while the cameras roll away.

Then days later, Catherine joined her husband for an official royal visit to Southport, the English town where three children were tragically killed Mass stabbing at Taylor Swift-themed dance class throughout the summer.

And that’s not the last we’ll see of the princess this weekend. He will be present at the Cenotaph war memorial in London tomorrow to honor fallen troops. Remembrance Sunday.
