LOS ANGELES – police inside North Hollywood The driver responsible for the serious injury of an elderly man in an accident that occurred as a result of a crash is being sought.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the accident occurred around 1 a.m. on Nov. 4 on Lankershim Boulevard.

That’s when officers said a dark-colored sedan traveling south on Lankershim toward Erwin Street struck a man in a wheelchair who was crossing the street.

The driver left the man on the street. Medical teams took him to the hospital with serious injuries. Officers said they believed they were looking for a dark gray or black sedan with crash damage to the bumper and front of the hood on the driver’s side.
