ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC (WCSC) – The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a teenage boy who was reported missing.

The boy was last seen leaving his home on Oct. 29, according to spokesman Richard Walker.

15-year-old Quentin Ashby was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans.

Ashby is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.

He also reportedly has ties to the Columbia area.

Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said deputies have been searching for the missing teenager for more than a week.

“We must locate this young man and take him home,” Ravenel said. “If you have any idea where he is, please call us.”

Anyone with information on Ashby’s whereabouts is asked to call the Orangeburg County Communications Center at 803-534-3550.
