PENDLETON CO., Ky. (WKYT) – A Kentucky mother faces child endangerment charges after state troopers said they saw her stumbling through traffic before pole dancing at a stop sign.

The incident took place in Falmouth on Monday evening.

Someone reported seeing Kristi Pence walking uncertainly near the Abbey Wood Apartments on US 27.

Troopers say Pence appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

They found his car nearby and also found his 2-year-old son there.

Pence, a Georgetown native, is charged with driving under the influence, wanton endangerment and endangering the welfare of a minor.

He is being held in the Bourbon County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
