HOW WILL AQUIFER BE BENEFITED?

In addition to the rain that fell Monday night, we also saw major rain fall along the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone on Saturday, November 2nd. Unfortunately, since the aquifer is still 30 ft below average, much more rain will be required to return the aquifer to healthy levels. Look at how much rain has fallen in the charging zone since Saturday, though; influential! READ MORE: How does the Edwards Aquifer work and why is it so tightly regulated? KSAT Explains

2 to 5 inches of rain have fallen along the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone since Saturday, November 2 (Copyright 2024 by KSAT – All rights reserved.)
