Dishoom’s eyes are on the USA for its first overseas restaurant

Dishoom has hired consultants ahead of plans to open its first overseas restaurant in the US.

The Indian restaurant group is understood to see a strong opportunity for the brand after a successful pop-up at Pastis restaurant in New York over the summer.
