Following the hugely successful “Summer ’99” reunion tour, belief kicked them autumn “Are You Ready?” type Saturday night (Nov. 2) in Oklahoma City. The night featured support from 3 Doors Down and Mammoth WVH, who will be present for most of the tour.

Singer Scott Stapp and his band opened their 15-song set at Paycom Center with his 2001 hit “Bullets.” wornbut later surprised his fans with his performance of this album’s “Freedom Fighter” for the first time since 2002.

“Ripped”, “Are you ready?” and favorites like “My Own Prison” also highlighted the early parts of the set. As he did during his summer tour, guitarist Mark Tremonti gifted a guitar to a fan at the end of “What If.” This time it was a young girl named Justice watching the show perched on her father’s shoulders.

The main set closed with the classics “Arms Wide Open” and Higher” (No. 1 Resultslist of The 50 best songs after grunge). Creed then took the stage for an encore that included “One Last Breath” and closer “My Sacrifice.”

3 Doors Down provided direct support for Creed, playing a 13-song set that included chart-topping hits like “When I’m Gone,” “Loser” and “Kryptonite.” And Wolfgang Van Halen’s Mammoth WVH opened the evening with a six-song set evenly split between the albums. Mammoth WVH And Mammoth II.

Creed’s “Are You Ready?” The fall tour extends to a December 5 show in Orlando, Florida. After that, the band will play three New Year’s Eve concerts with Sevendust, one in Durant, Oklahoma and two in Las Vegas.
