CLOVIS, NM — The Clovis Police Department launched an investigation after officers found three people dead inside a car Saturday afternoon.

Saturday afternoon around 2:40 p.m., Clovis police officers responded to the La Vista Inn where a caller reported three people not breathing in a running car.

Officers confirmed the report when they arrived with first responders who reported all three people dead. It was determined that the people in question were 29-year-old Hector Flores, 19-year-old Alizara Gallegos and a person under the age of 18.

Investigators do not suspect foul play. The Forensic Medicine Institute will perform an autopsy.
