Lethbridge Polytechnic opens its doors to prospective students and their families this week.

The autumn open house kicked off on Wednesday with a series of information sessions and the opportunity to meet with the technical school’s experienced instructors.

Approximately 400 new students participated in campus tours and had the chance to learn all the details about dormitory, recreation, healthy living and other educational supports.

Lethbridge Polytechnic says the event is one of the best opportunities for anyone to discover more about the 65 apprenticeships, certificates, diplomas and degree programs it offers.

The event featured a variety of presentations, including free meals prepared by the Lethbridge Poly Culinary Arts Program, and a discount of half the application fee was given to anyone who chose to enroll in-person at the school on Wednesday.
