Fatima Spaghetti Dinner

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – For more than 50 years, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church has hosted a fall spaghetti dinner. The event is also used as a fundraiser for the church school and community to come together. On Sunday, the school gym was transformed into an Italian restaurant for everyone to enjoy.

The event starts with a hearty Italian meal. Add in a candy store with dozens of candies and a book fair for serious readers, and you’ve got the makings of a fun afternoon.

The doors opened at noon and the last dinner was served at 7 p.m. Counting takeout and delivery orders, OLF diners serve nearly 2,000 meals each year!

Fatima has been a powerful figure in the Huntington religious community for 70 years.
