Your First Warning of major warming ahead of Election Day cold front

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A southerly current will drag warmer air and Gulf moisture into the Mid-South tomorrow, ahead of a cold front that will bring rain and thunderstorms to the region on Tuesday.

TONIGHT: Mostly Cloudy, with an east wind 5 to 10 mph and overnight lows in the mid 60s.

SUNDAY: Mostly Cloudy, with a south wind at 10 to 15 mph and afternoon highs in the lower 80s.

SUNDAY NIGHT: Mostly Cloudy, with a South wind at 10 to 15 mph and lows near 70 overnight.

NEXT WEEK: Monday will be mostly cloudy and windy; Highs will be near 80 and lows will be in the upper 60s overnight. Tuesday will be cloudy with rain and thunderstorms, along with high temperatures in the mid-70s and lows around 60 degrees overnight. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers, with highs in the 70s and lows again around 60 overnight. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain early in the day, with high temperatures in the mid-70s and overnight lows in the upper 50s. Friday will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers, with afternoon highs in the lower 70s and overnight lows in the mid-50s.
