A home sold for $1.1 million in Matawan topped the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in the Old Bridge area last week.

Last week, 17 home sales were recorded in the region with an average price of $529,176. The average price per square meter reached 333 dollars.

The prices in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title deed was recorded during the week of October 21, even if it was sold before.
