ADOLPHUS, Ky. (WSMV) – A man wanted in Allen County, Kentucky, was arrested following a police pursuit on Friday, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

ACSO said deputies noticed a 2005 silver Chevrolet Equinox traveling on Old Gallatin Road and realized the driver was Floyd Price, who was wanted on multiple arrest warrants.

After confirming search warrants with dispatch, police attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, but Price fled, prompting a pursuit.

The chase continued down Old Gallatin Street. before turning onto New Buck Creek Road. ACSO said Price then “began passing vehicles recklessly.”

Price stopped at the intersection of Joe Shelton Road and New Buck Creek Road, got out of the vehicle and began yelling. Police also said he ignored orders from deputies.

Police fired a stun gun at Price and took him into custody.

Price was booked into the Allen County Detention Center on active arrest warrants and new charges related to the pursuit.
