DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KAIT) – A Paragould man was seriously injured in a crash early Friday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred at 6:50 a.m. on Nov. 1 on Highway 164, nine miles west of Steele in Dunklin County.

According to the crash report, Branden S. Vaughn, 36, was traveling eastbound when his 2010 Ford F-150 entered the path of a 2001 Ford Shuttle Bus driven by Larry L. Jarrett, 52, of Campbell.

After the collision, Vaughn’s pickup truck went off the left side of the road and hit an embankment.

An ambulance took him to Arkansas Methodist Medical Center with serious injuries.

Jarrett was uninjured, according to the MSHP report.
